Welcome to today’s preview of PSL’s own version of ‘CSK vs MI’.
Karachi Vs Lahore on social media is as lethal as India Vs Pakistan clash.
Coming to the game, Karachi is coming with two consecutive wins while Lahore is still winless after two games.
There can be many changes today, some can be expected while some can shock again like Samit Patel’s exclusion did yesterday.
Majority of the fantasy gamers are aware of the fact that Amir has some injury issues.
Though, reports suggests there’s nothing serious & he’ll be fit for this game but we feel he’ll not be risked for this game.
Also, Imad Wasim’s interview gives us an impression that Amir is going to miss out today & don’t be shocked if Mills gets rested too.
Manzoor is also in the radar to be dropped while we feel Denly would get another game. If Amir sits out, Usman should be straight in.
Manzoor, Denly, Ingram, Babar, Bopara, Rizwan, Afridi, Imad, Usman Khan/Amir, Irfan Jr, Mills (Doubtful too)
If Manzoor gets dropped, Rizwan will be promoted up.
KK can also bring Simmons/Weise for Mills & Usama Mir for Manzoor.
Nothing going Lahore’s way since inaugural season of PSL & Chris Lynn’s injury before this season made it worse.
They would definitely make many changes.
Narine, Bazz, Fakhar, Akmal, Agha, Delport, Akhter, Sohail Khan/Yamin, Yasir, Fizz, Shaheen.
We feel Salman Agha will come for Raza Hasan & Sohail Khan if gets fit will be replacing Gulraiz who played a horror test knock in the last game.
If Sohail Khan doesn’t pass fitness test before this game, expect Yamin or Bilal Asif to fill his place.
(McCLeneghan for Delport is another possibility as they are struggling with their fast bowling)
FCG’s Match Verdict:
Obviously if you’ll ask anyone who watches cricket & have seen Lahore performing, the answer will be easy game for Karachi Kings but we feel Lahore is a much much better side than they have performed till now & struggling to get a perfect balance.
All they need is a couple of changes providing some stability in middle order & depth in fast bowling department.
We would be on the Qalandars today (quite a brave bet to be honest) & Fakhar/Akmal to be their savior but wait for the toss & the lineups & then decide on the basis of our analysis or visit again for any further update.
