CPL 2021: GUY vs TKR
Last year we saw some very low scoring games due to pitches being dead & slow. But this CPL will be a totally different ball game, like literally. ‘Smart ball’ will be used for the first time in a professional cricket tournament (was used for testing purpose in Marsh Cup) which has a chip inside (an original chip, not the 2000 Rs note chip) and will share data both after the release till pitching and also data after pitching. The smart ball will calculate speed, spin & power/bounce.

Section 3: Player Battles:
Section 4: Player performance against the opposition
Section 5: Player performance at the venue
Section 6: Finding the fantasy value:
Sunil Narine: He is not the same beast anymore, but is still a very useful allround player for your fantasy side. Quality 4 overs of off-spin against a LHB heavy side & opening the innings (most likely), makes him a default captaincy choice for small leagues.
Captaincy suitability: Both small & grand leagues.
Mohammad Hafeez: Struggling with the bat recently, Hafeez is coming after a century in the KPL but that still doesn’t give huge confidence that he is going to contribute for your fantasy side with the bat. But with the ball, he has been good and the matchups against TKR makes him a good allround addition in your fantasy XI
Captaincy suitability: Both small & grand leagues.
Kieron Pollard (if sixth bowling option & batting first): Good recent form, good bowling numbers against GAW & if TKR goes with an extra spinner (Peirre) then his role with the ball further increases.
Captaincy suitability: Mini GL & GL
Imran Tahir (Bowling second): Match winner on his day for every franchise that he plays for. Becomes even more threatening in the second innings, just like Rashid Khan.
Captaincy suitability: Mini GL & GL.
