Section 5: Finding the fantasy value:

Mohammad Hafeez: We’ve been backing Hafeez right from the very first game, now when he is opening, becomes default choice as captain. Safest option available for small leagues.

Captaincy suitability: Both small & grand leagues.

Sunil Narine: You don’t make him your fantasy captain, he opens. You make him your captain in the next game, and he doesn’t even bat. That’s how unpredictable Narine has been so far, this season. So stick to your TV just before deadline to confirm if he opens or not. Coming to the numbers, he has good bowling numbers against GAW and was MoM for his allround performance against them last season.

Captaincy suitability: Both small & grand leagues.

Imran Tahir (Bowling second):Has been one of my top captaincy picks in every GAW game whenever he has bowled second and is at least one wicket in every game so far. (2,1,2)

Naveen-Ul Haq & Romario Shepherd (bowling first): Naveen has been in great form in Blast & is due for a good performance in CPL. Romario, if plays, is another one who you should definitely try in GL. Has good numbers against TKR, and is in good form as well. Can expect few big hits from him too.

Captaincy suitability: GL only.
